Orders ship in the order received within 3–5 business days, with tracking emailed once packaged; rush handling is available for an extra nonrefundable fee. Packages ship via USPS, and the store isn’t liable for loss or damage once in transit unless Route Package Protection is purchased at checkout. Returns are accepted for store credit only within 10 days of delivery (buyer pays return shipping/insurance), while custom, sale, and discounted items are final sale. Orders may be canceled before shipment (10% fee). Returns aren’t accepted for sizing errors, and customers should confirm sizes before purchase.
