ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times and delivery estimates provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $300 or more to any US address when you shop directly on our website. FREE shipping is not available for live sale orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Sorry mates!
PACKAGE PROTECTION AND ORDER INSURANCE
We partner with Route Package Protection to offer added peace of mind for your shipment.
At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Route Package Protection, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If Route protection is selected, any qualifying issues can be quickly resolved by filing a claim directly with Route.
If Route Package Protection is declined at checkout, our store is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once the order has been marked as in transit by the carrier. This includes packages marked as delivered but missing, as well as theft after delivery.
We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order to ensure full coverage and a smooth resolution should any shipping issues arise.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to populate.
An order is considered successfully delivered once the carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to re shipping fees or restocking fees.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items sold at Texanna Belles are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for any reason. This includes shipping charges and product sales.
DAMAGED ITEMS DISCLAIMER
We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our store. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.

Claims submitted after 3 business days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
We address all damage claims and return claims on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to approval in accordance with our full return policy. Some exclusions apply. You can read our full return policy here.
LOST STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless Route Package Protection was purchased and a claim is approved.
Carrier delays, misdeliveries, or service interruptions are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
All purchases made through our website are processed securely via Shopify Payments and are subject to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy at the time of checkout.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shipping timelines, delivery confirmations, insurance options, and liability limitations disclosed on this page.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND DISPUTE ELIGIBILITY
For the purposes of chargeback evaluation under Shopify Payments:

An order is considered successfully fulfilled once the carrier marks the package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Carrier delivery confirmation and tracking status are considered valid proof of delivery.

Claims of non-receipt for packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds unless Route Package Protection was purchased and a claim is approved.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED AND FRIENDLY FRAUD
We do not issue refunds or replacements for “item not received” claims when the carrier confirms delivery.
Chargebacks submitted for orders with confirmed delivery may be disputed using:

Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation

Timestamped fulfillment records

This published Shipping Policy as evidence of agreed-upon terms
Submitting a chargeback in lieu of contacting customer support may be considered friendly fraud and may result in denial of future orders.
INSURANCE ELECTION AT CHECKOUT
Customers are presented with the option to purchase Route Package Protection during checkout.

If Route Package Protection is accepted, all shipping-related claims must be submitted through Route.

If Route Package Protection is declined, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment once it has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Declining shipping protection does not qualify the order for refunds, replacements, or chargeback approval due to loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND AUTHORIZATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to the address provided are considered authorized and valid transactions under Shopify Payments. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
ABUSE AND DISPUTE THRESHOLDS
To protect against abuse and maintain compliance with Shopify Payments and card network requirements, we reserve the right to:

Limit or refuse future service to customers who file excessive or unjustified chargebacks

Require Route Package Protection on future orders at our discretion
