Refund policy
Please take a moment to review our store policies below and contact us with any questions.
• Handling Times
All orders ship in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. When your order is packaged you will receive an email with the tracking information.
If you need something sooner or would like an exact quote of handling/production times please let us know. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional nonrefundable fee.
• Shipping & Insurance
Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We accept no liability for information that is entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address there will be an additional shipping charge to reship the item.
Items are shipped USPS and tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been packaged. We are not responsible for loss or damage once the package is in the possession of USPS- we offer Route Package Protection at checkout to cover this.
Route Package Protection is available at checkout to protect your order against damage, loss, and theft. Please make sure the Route Package Protection is on your order. If you remove the Route Package Protection from your order you opt out of any shipping coverage. If you opt out of the Route protection your order is not protected against damage, loss, or theft. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged orders, please insure your order.
Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. This is the only way to insure your shipment. If you opt-out of Route package protection and your package is lost/stolen/damaged we cannot help you recover the package and you must attempt recovery through USPS.
Lost packages must be reported to USPS immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it, contact your local post office immediately! You will also need to report your package as missing online. To do so follow this link: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ then submit your tracking number and click the start button under the heading “Having an issue related to this tracking number?“
• Returns & Exchanges
All sales through Texanna Belles are final. Due to the nature of authentic Native American jewelry and the limited availability of many pieces, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Each item is carefully selected and represented as accurately as possible before purchase. Please review product descriptions and photos thoroughly before completing your order. If you have any questions about a piece prior to purchasing, we are always happy to help.
If a piece does not work out for you, we encourage customers to utilize the Texanna Belles Buy/Sell/Trade Facebook group, where members of the community often resell or trade pieces with one another.
All custom order pieces remain final sale.
All sale, discounted, holiday, and promotional items are also final sale.

• Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us immediately at texannabelles@gmail.com to request a change or cancellation and we will do our best to accommodate. All canceled orders are subject to a 10% fee.
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Once the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
• Quality
Due to the handmade nature of our product each piece is unique and full of character. All of our products are made from .925 sterling and fine silver with other precious metal accents like gold, copper, or brass. Variations in stone and silver design are to be expected as nothing we produce is machine made.
All of the stones in our handmade collection are genuine and may contain deposits of quartz, pyrite, calcite, or various other minerals. They may also have an uneven shape or texture, thus adding to their beauty. Because our stones are genuine they are delicate and should be treated as such. Avoid dropping your stones as they can fracture or crack. Texanna Belles accepts no liability for broken stones.
• Care
Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time. All of our items, unless otherwise requested, are given a patina to add to the character of the piece. We feel that a little bit of tarnish makes this even better. If you wish to remove the patina/tarnish you can do this easily with a polishing cloth. Never use solvent, jewelry cleaners, or steam cleaners as these may damage your piece.
Do not get your jewelry wet. Remove rings before washing your hands or using hand sanitizer or lotions. Native American artists use sawdust to set their stones and when wet the sawdust can expand and cause damage to the piece. Avoid exposing your jewelry to heat or chemicals like ammonia or chlorine, most household cleaning products, and products like lotions and oils.
Under no circumstances should you expose an inlay piece to any type of water or moisture. Inlaid stones are delicately set and can be displaced from exposure to moisture.
• Sizing
We do not accept returns due to customer sizing errors. If you are not sure of your size, we have ring sizers available but recommend that you have your finger sized by a jeweler.
