Returns are accepted for store credit only within 10 days of delivery (buyer pays return shipping/insurance), while custom, sale, and discounted items are final sale. Orders may be canceled before shipment (10% fee). Returns aren’t accepted for sizing errors, and customers should confirm sizes before purchase.
